Upon returning home, they discovered a bloody hook dangling from the passenger-side door handle. It is said that the Hookman had targeted them and narrowly missed.

After putting the children to bed, she calls the police to report the calls. The officer on the other end asks her to leave the house immediately as the calls are coming from inside the house.

She provides an address and conversation ensues during the journey. When they arrive at the destination, the driver realizes that the passenger has vanished from the backseat. When they wake up in the morning, the room has disappeared entirely, leaving no trace that it ever existed.
